Guild Application
Welcome
Thank you for your interest in One Percent guild.
One Percent has been on Thaurissan since early Burning Crusade content.
We are a fun, intelligent, committed group of individuals focused on one single goal. To be a top Horde guild on Thaurissan.
One Percent is looking for switched on and reliable players who know their class like the back of their hand. Applicants should be able to learn from mistakes and adapt quickly to the increasingly complex raid encounters found in WoW. We require all of our members to take an active role in our raids which means giving suggestions on forums and being able to clearly articulate their ideas. Applicants must be able to take constructive criticism, if you have too much pride or are not mature enough to accept responsibility for your actions then this is not the guild for you. Not being able to make benefit of constructive feedback and instead bitching out and /gquitting after saying something along the lines of “no guild is worth this” is an example of ‘too much pride’ syndrome. It is expected of all raiders that they come to each raid completely prepared for whatever the night may throw at them, this means bringing adequate potions, flasks, food etc. If you do not have enough time to meet this requirement please do not apply. Most importantly an applicant must enjoy playing WoW and be interested in participating in the guilds day to day life. We are not looking for people who simply log in for raids and are never seen contributing to the guild in other ways. Finally we are only looking for long-term players, if you are planning on quitting in a short period time please do not apply. In return One Percent can offer you access to the top tier of raiding in WoW and all of the benefits that come along with it as well as a sociable guild atmosphere to make your time in game more enjoyable. When applying, please make sure you fill out all the information needed and be thorough in your answers. Blank or incomplete application will not be considered. Once accepted to the guild, you will go through a probation period allowing us to further evaluate your ability to play in a raiding environment. Please make sure you

Previous raiding experience (Include Pre-Wrath content):
In what ways can you improve your gear other than raiding?
With our progression we require you to know a strategy of every fight in the game. Do you? If not which ones do you still need to read up on?
Do you experience lag or disconnect while raiding? What's your average ping and fps while raiding?
We will be working on a rotating roster to ensure everyone gets a fair amount of time raiding. Are you ok with sitting out when needed?
Current / Previous Guild? And reason for leaving.
Will you let the guild know in advance whether you are unable to make a particular raid?
Why are you interested in joining OP, and why should we accept you?
Is there anyone in OP that can vouch for you? (This doesn't include Frontline)
Can you see yourself leaving the game within 3 months for any reason?
Are you prepared to wipe on progression content?
Tell us a bit about yourself:
What do you think the role of your class is in 25man raiding? In detail, explain to us what you would generally do in a raid. Whether it's your spell rotation, your tanking rotation etc.
What makes you a successful raider? In other words explain us how you won't be the one dying to bombs, air burst, void zones etc
